Renovations of Existing Floors

This 25-year-old slab was extremely challenging and had seen better days.

After a full concrete grind and careful polishing process, we transformed it into a modern, high-end polished concrete finish.

The result completely changed the space — and the customer couldn’t believe it was the same floor.

Full exposure is one of the least common polished concrete finishes, but when it's done right, the results are absolutely stunning. It takes a lot of planning—from selecting the right concrete mix to making sure everything comes together perfectly—so it's definitely not the easiest option. We recently completed this project using the same aggregate mix for both the outdoor honed concrete and the indoor polished concrete, creating a seamless flow throughout the home. The end result looked incredible, and most importantly, the client was thrilled with it.
